北京时间2月12日，贵州恒丰官方宣布前U17男足国家队教练组组长温志军先生将正式出任贵州恒丰足球俱乐部青训总监。温志军任贵州青训总监附贵州官方声明：为长远地发展贵州足球，经双方友好协商，即日起，前U17男足国家队教练组组长温志军先生将正式出任贵州恒丰足球俱乐部青训总监。温志军先生1969年出生于广东，大专学历，亚足联A级教练员、D级讲师。运动员时代曾效力于广州太阳神、广州松日和北京宽利。温志军先生于2002年退役后一直从事青少年足球培训工作。曾带领广州青年队荣获全国锦标赛冠军、全国联赛第三名、省运会冠军等荣誉；2016年出任中国U17国青队教练组组长；2017年作为教练组成员选拔组建U15国家队。青训系统的职业化程度是决定贵州足球未来高度的要素，希望温指导能够用他丰富的青训执教经验，为贵州足球培养出更多优秀人才。For the long term development of Guizhou football, Guizhou Hengfeng FC appoints Wen Zhijun, the former coach of U17 national team, as its director of Youth Development from today.Mr. Wen was born in Guangdong Province in 1969. College education background; AFC coaching certification ( Level A )；AFC lecturer( Level D ). He once played for Guangzhou Apollo FC, Guangzhou Matsunichi FC and Beijing Kuanli FC.After the retirement, he devoted himself into the youth football training. His main achievements are: the champion of national competition with Guangzhou youth team; the 3rd position in national league, the champion in the Sports game of Guangdong Province. In 2016, he served as the leading coach of U17 national team; in 2017 he was responsible for the squad selection of U15 national team.The level of youth development is critical to the future of Guizhou football.
